Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Echo Technologist - Echo Tech Cardiac Imaging to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform echocardiography procedures as a registered echocardiographer
• Work dayshift hours from 0730-1600
• Float between ambulatory locations as assigned
• Maintain current professional licensure and certifications
• Complete required health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, and tuberculosis testing
• Pass fit testing for respiratory protection equipment
• Complete mandatory drug screening and background check requirements
• Maintain color vision certification for cardiac imaging procedures
• Complete facility-specific competency testing and skills checklists
• Adhere to system access protocols and confidentiality agreements
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Comply with facility code of conduct and conflict of interest policies
• Complete required education verification and compliance documentation
• Participate in integrity and audit services processes
• Maintain NSO (National Student Organization) requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
