Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interventional radiology nursing services as a registered nurse
• Handle 7-8 weekday calls each month
• Take 1 weekend call per month
• Complete license/certificate verification process
• Pass required fit testing
• Complete 9 panel drug screening
• Sign code of conduct agreement
• Complete I9 employment verification
• Sign confidentiality and system security agreement
• Complete integrity and audit services documentation
• Provide motor vehicle report
• Complete tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA)
• Review and acknowledge job description
• Complete OFAC screening
• Pass skills assessment checklist
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination
• Maintain current MMR vaccination
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination
• Complete physical/health assessment
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure
• Pass criminal background check
• Complete education verification
• Complete EPLS screening
• Complete GSA/OIG screening
• Pass Joint Commission testing requirements
• Maintain professional liability insurance (NSO)
• Complete system access authorization
• Complete COVID-specific health questionnaire

Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered license in MD
Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
State-required professional license
Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
