Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Dublin, OH. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic technologist duties for 4 x 10-hour weekday shifts (40 hours) with no weekend requirements
• Complete required health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, and tuberculosis testing
• Maintain current professional licensure and certification verification
• Complete mandatory fit testing for respiratory protection equipment
• Undergo comprehensive background checks and security clearances
• Complete Trinity Profile and all required professional documentation
• Sign confidentiality agreements for patient and property information and system security
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and integrity audit services forms
• Pass Joint Commission testing and specialty-specific competency evaluations
• Complete skills checklist and demonstrate technical proficiency
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
• Complete required system access forms and code of conduct training
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete I-9 employment eligibility verification
• Participate in required drug screening process
• Work standard shift hours from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
