Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech Radiology to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Westerville, OH. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform interventional radiology procedures and imaging services
• Operate radiologic equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Work dayshift schedule of 40 hours per week in 4x10 hour shifts from 06:30-17:00
• Participate in on-call rotation including 14 days of on-call duty in a 6-week schedule
• Provide on-call coverage every third weekend
• Maintain current professional licensure and certifications
• Complete required health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD/IGRA testing, and Varicella
• Undergo fit testing and maintain physical health requirements
• Complete mandatory drug screening and background checks
• Maintain patient confidentiality and system security agreements
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklists
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and compliance requirements
• Adhere to code of conduct and conflict of interest policies
• Complete education verification and professional credentialing requirements
• Maintain color vision certification for radiology procedures
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
