Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic technologist duties for 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours) on weekdays
• Complete COVID-19 vaccination requirements
• Maintain current MMR immunization
• Complete annual fit testing requirements
• Maintain Hepatitis B vaccination status
• Complete 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing
• Maintain Varicella immunization status
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete Trinity Profile submission
• Sign confidentiality of patient and privacy information and system security agreement
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure form
• Pass criminal background check requirements
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete EPLS verification process
• Clear GSA/OIG screening requirements
• Complete integrity and audit services form
• Pass Joint Commission testing requirements
• Complete NSO requirements
• Submit system access form
• Complete COVID-specific questionnaire
• Demonstrate competency through skills checklist
• Maintain valid state licensure and certification
• Complete code of conduct form
• Complete I9 employment verification
• Pass specialty specific competency testing
• Meet color vision requirements
• Work shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
