Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech Radiology to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Westerville, OH. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform interventional radiology technician duties during dayshift hours (0630-1700) • Work 4x10 hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week • Participate in on-call rotation with 14 days of on-call duty in a 6-week schedule • Cover every third weekend call responsibilities • Maintain current license and certificate verification • Complete required personal health history documentation including COVID-19 vaccination • Obtain and maintain MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA) • Complete annual fit testing and physical/health statement requirements • Pass drug screening and background check requirements • Complete specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist • Participate in Joint Commission testing and compliance requirements • Maintain color vision certification for radiology procedures • Complete all required onboarding documentation and forms • Adhere to confidentiality agreements and system security protocols • Comply with conflict of interest disclosure and code of conduct requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
