Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Tech - MRI Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MRI imaging procedures and technical operations during dayshift hours (07:00-19:30)
• Complete required health screenings including fit testing, PPD or IGRA testing, and COVID-19 vaccination
• Maintain current professional licensure and certificate verification
• Complete mandatory vaccination requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and seasonal influenza
• Undergo and pass drug screening and criminal background checks
• Complete facility-specific skills checklist and competency testing
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and compliance requirements
• Complete education verification and professional reference checks
• Maintain color vision certification for imaging accuracy
• Complete system access forms and patient confidentiality agreements
• Adhere to facility code of conduct and integrity standards
• Complete required documentation including I-9 verification and conflict of interest disclosure
• Participate in specialty-specific competency testing and ongoing education
• Comply with all Trinity Health system policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
