Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures as a CT Technologist
• Work 4x10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday from 1200-2230 or 1400-0030
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form and compliance documentation
• Maintain valid state licensure and certification verification
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Maintain current immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete physical/health statement and medical clearance
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and background check processes
• Undergo criminal background check and pass Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete education verification and professional reference checks
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete system access forms and patient confidentiality agreements
• Answer COVID-19 health questionnaires and maintain vaccination requirements
• Complete skills checklist and competency assessments
• Undergo tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Complete annual influenza vaccination requirements
• Undergo fit testing for personal protective equipment
• Complete Trinity Profile documentation for submission
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
