Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MRI imaging procedures and technical operations
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently
• Work dayshift schedule Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 07:00-19:30
• Complete license/certificate verification requirements
• Undergo fit testing for personal protective equipment
• Complete Code of Conduct and compliance forms
• Complete I9 employment verification documentation
• Sign confidentiality agreements for patient and property information
• Complete integrity and audit services documentation
• Pass specialty-specific competency testing for MRI
• Complete color vision screening
• Maintain current MMR vaccination
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination
• Complete tuberculosis screening (PPD or IGRA testing)
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination
• Complete physical/health statement requirements
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Pass criminal background check
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete EPLS verification
• Complete GSA/OIG verification
• Pass Joint Commission testing requirements
• Complete NSO requirements
• Complete system access documentation
• Complete skills checklist assessments
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination
• Maintain current influenza vaccination
• Pass 10-panel drug screening
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
