Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - CT Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures and examinations on patients during 12-hour night shifts
• Operate CT scanning equipment safely and efficiently
• Position patients correctly for optimal imaging results
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
• Maintain current state licensure and professional certifications
• Complete required competency testing and skills assessments
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Complete mandatory health screenings including vaccinations and TB testing
• Undergo drug screening and background check requirements
• Participate in continuing education and training programs
• Follow facility policies and procedures for patient care
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
• Complete facility-specific orientation and competency requirements
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulations
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
