Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech Radiology to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Westerville, OH. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform interventional radiology procedures and imaging services
• Operate radiologic equipment and maintain quality control standards
• Work dayshift schedule of 40 hours, 4x10 hour shifts Monday through Friday from 0630-1700
• Participate in on-call rotations including 14 days of call with 2 weekends
• Provide on-call coverage Monday-Friday 1600-0700 and weekends 24/7
• Maintain current radiologic technologist license and certifications
• Complete required health screening including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, and tuberculosis testing
• Pass fit testing for respiratory protection equipment
• Complete mandatory drug screening and background check requirements
• Maintain color vision certification for accurate image interpretation
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Adhere to patient confidentiality agreements and system security protocols
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and code of conduct requirements
• Participate in Joint Commission compliance testing and training
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
