Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer - Vascular Sonographer to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform vascular and cardiovascular sonography examinations
• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Complete required personal health history documentation including COVID-19 vaccination, MMR, Hepatitis B, and other immunizations
• Undergo fit testing and maintain current health clearances
• Complete Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen and other screening requirements
• Maintain current professional license and certificate verification
• Complete Trinity Profile and all required professional documentation
• Adhere to patient privacy and system security agreements
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and code of conduct forms
• Undergo criminal background check and other compliance verifications
• Complete education verification and maintain continuing education requirements
• Complete Joint Commission testing and specialty-specific competency testing
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and demonstrate clinical competencies
• Maintain NSO (professional liability insurance) coverage
• Complete system access forms and maintain appropriate system permissions
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete I-9 employment eligibility verification
• Respond to COVID-19 specific health questionnaires as required
• Complete integrity and audit services documentation
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
