Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - CT Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures and operate CT scanning equipment
• Position patients appropriately for CT examinations
• Administer contrast agents as prescribed and monitor patient reactions
• Maintain current professional licensure and certifications
• Complete required health screenings including COVID-19 vaccination, MMR, Hepatitis B, and tuberculosis testing
• Pass mandatory drug screening and background checks
• Complete facility-specific competency testing and skills assessments
• Maintain color vision certification for imaging procedures
• Adhere to patient privacy and system security agreements
• Complete Joint Commission testing and compliance requirements
• Work assigned mid-day shifts including weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Follow facility code of conduct and integrity policies
• Complete annual education verification and continuing education requirements
• Utilize facility-specific documentation and imaging systems
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
