Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT technologist duties during day shift Monday-Friday 07:00-15:30
• Maintain current professional license and certificate verification
• Complete required health screenings including COVID-19 vaccination, MMR, Hepatitis B, and tuberculosis testing
• Undergo fit testing for respiratory protection equipment
• Complete Trinity Profile and all required professional documentation
• Maintain compliance with patient privacy and system security agreements
• Complete criminal background check and education verification processes
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and competency assessments
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing for CT technology
• Maintain color vision certification requirements
• Complete skills checklist and ongoing competency evaluations
• Adhere to facility code of conduct and integrity policies
• Complete required conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Participate in audit services and compliance monitoring
• Complete I-9 employment verification documentation
• Maintain current NSO professional liability coverage
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
