Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in the ICU setting
• Follow holiday rotation schedule alternating every other holiday with ICU staff
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training as optional requirement
• Complete Trinity OFAC certification during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist during onboarding process
• Maintain current license and certificate verification
• Complete fit testing requirements
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Complete Trinity I9 documentation
• Sign Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement
• Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Pass Trinity Color Vision testing
• Complete Trinity PowerPoint training
• Maintain required immunizations including MMR, COVID-19, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete Physical/Health Statement requirements
• Complete Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form
• Pass Trinity Criminal Background Check
• Complete Trinity GSA/OIG verification
• Pass Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Complete Trinity NSO requirements
• Complete Trinity System Access Form
• Complete Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire
• Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon) testing
• Work 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM shifts as scheduled
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IL
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
