Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nuclear medical imaging procedures and examinations
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain valid license/certificate verification
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete fit testing for respiratory protection
• Undergo 2-step PPD or IGRA tuberculosis screening
• Pass physical/health statement requirements
• Complete 10-panel drug screening
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct
• Complete I-9 employment verification
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure requirements
• Pass criminal background check
• Provide education verification
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Work assigned shift schedule 07:00 AM-03:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
