Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care for mothers and babies in the Mother Baby unit
• Work night shift hours from 1700-0500
• Work every other weekend as scheduled
• Work 4th of July holiday as required
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training during onboarding
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report during onboarding
• Complete Trinity OFAC training during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist during onboarding
• Maintain current nursing license and certificate verification
• Complete fit testing requirements during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form during onboarding
• Complete Trinity I9 documentation during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement
• Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Non Employee Upload Form during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Color Vision testing during onboarding
• Complete Trinity PowerPoint presentation during onboarding
• Complete Trinity Profile submission as required
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IL
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
