Key Responsibilities:
• Provide respiratory therapy services in the NICU setting
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report requirements
• Complete Trinity OFAC verification
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain valid license and certificate verification
• Complete Trinity Non Employee Upload Form
• Pass Trinity Color Vision testing
• Complete Trinity PowerPoint Genesis training
• Maintain required COVID-19 vaccination
• Provide MMR vaccination documentation
• Complete respiratory fit testing requirements
• Maintain Hepatitis B vaccination
• Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Provide Varicella vaccination documentation
• Maintain current Tdap vaccination
• Complete physical and health statement requirements
• Pass Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Complete Trinity I9 documentation
• Sign Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement
• Complete Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form
• Pass Trinity Criminal Background Check
• Provide Trinity Education Verification
• Complete Trinity EPLS verification
• Complete Trinity GSA/OIG screening
• Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Maintain Trinity NSO requirements
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Complete Trinity System Access Form
• Pass Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Work night shift hours from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
