Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist - Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care activities in critical care areas under supervision of RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager
• Deliver respiratory therapy services to adult, pediatric and neonatal critical care patients
• Train respiratory therapy personnel in critical care areas
• Work rotation schedule including on-call duties
• Work weekend rotation as required
• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Maintain current BLS (AHA) certification
• Maintain valid Oklahoma state licensure
• Complete all compliance documentation one week prior to start date
• Provide work history documentation
• Provide permanent address information for consideration
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OK
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
