Requirements:
- Active license in OK
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Current BLS (and other certs as required: ACLS, PALS, etc.)
- Up-to-date resume with recent work history
- 2 professional clinical references
- TB test and physical within 12 months
- Immunizations or titers for MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, and flu
- Respirator fit test within 12 months
- Must pass background check and drug screening
