Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Cath Lab EP to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Hospital in Davenport, IA. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in the Cath Lab EP department
• Take call assignments one time per week as required
• Work every third weekend as part of the rotation schedule
• Work four 10-hour shifts (4x10 schedule) as needed
• Complete required onboarding documentation and forms
• Undergo fit testing as required
• Complete drug screening requirements
• Maintain current nursing license verification
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing
• Undergo color vision testing
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination status
• Maintain current MMR vaccination status
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination status
• Complete tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA)
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination status
• Complete required physical examination and health statement
• Complete criminal background check requirements
• Complete education verification process
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Complete skills checklist assessments
• Maintain current Tdap vaccination status
• Complete child and adult dependent abuse training
• Work scheduled shifts from 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
