Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery unit as a Registered Nurse
• Maintain current RN licensure in California
• Complete Trinity Profile for submission
• Undergo comprehensive background screening including criminal background check
• Complete Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Maintain current immunization records including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccines
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Pass Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Undergo fit testing for respiratory protection equipment
• Complete physical/health statement assessment
• Comply with Trinity Code of Conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete required compliance forms including conflict of interest disclosure
• Maintain professional liability insurance through Trinity NSO
• Complete education verification process
• Undergo motor vehicle record check
• Complete system access and security training
• Adhere to Trinity policies and procedures for patient care delivery
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in CA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
