Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech Radiology to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Fresno, CA. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic imaging procedures in interventional radiology setting
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Work 36 hours per week with shifts from 6:30am to 7:00pm
• Participate in on-call rotation one night per week (7:00pm to 6:30am)
• Cover one full weekend per month (7:00am Saturday to 6:30am Monday)
• Participate in holiday rotation on-call schedule
• Complete required skills checklist and competency assessments
• Maintain current radiology technician license and certification
• Complete mandatory health screenings including PPD or IGRA testing
• Obtain required vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Complete annual fit testing for respiratory protection
• Undergo criminal background check and complete compliance documentation
• Complete required education verification and professional credentialing
• Adhere to facility code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete Joint Commission testing and maintain continuing education requirements
• Participate in required drug screening and health assessments
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in CA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
