Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide registered nursing care in Labor & Delivery unit during 1700-0500 shift
• Work every other weekend as scheduled
• Work Memorial Day holiday as required
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training during onboarding
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report requirements
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance training
• Successfully complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain current nursing license and provide verification
• Complete Trinity Color Vision assessment
• Complete Trinity PowerPoint training program
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination status
• Provide proof of MMR vaccination
• Complete fit testing for respiratory protection equipment
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination status
• Provide tuberculosis screening via 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination status
• Maintain current Tdap vaccination
• Complete physical examination and health statement
• Pass 10-panel drug screening
• Complete Code of Conduct acknowledgment
• Complete I-9 employment verification
• Sign confidentiality agreement for patient information and system security
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure documentation
• Successfully pass criminal background check
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete EPLS verification process
• Complete GSA/OIG screening requirements
• Complete Integrity and Audit Services documentation
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Successfully complete specialty-specific competency testing for Labor & Delivery
• Complete system access authorization forms
• Pass Joint Commission testing requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IL
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
