Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform polysomnographic studies and sleep disorder assessments as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
• Maintain current BRPT (Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists) certification
• Maintain current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Provide weekly weekend coverage as scheduled
• Complete required COVID-19 vaccination and maintain compliance
• Complete required immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Undergo annual physical/health assessments and maintain health documentation
• Complete mandatory drug screening requirements
• Maintain valid professional licensure and certification verification
• Complete required background checks and security clearances
• Adhere to code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete annual tuberculosis screening (PPD or IGRA testing)
• Undergo color vision testing as required for position
• Complete mandatory orientation and training programs
• Pass required competency testing and joint commission assessments
• Maintain current Tdap vaccination
• Complete conflict of interest disclosures and compliance documentation
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IN
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
