Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Nights at a leading Hospital in Mishawaka, IN. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic technologist duties during weekday night shifts (Tuesday-Friday nights, 22:00-8:30)
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain current ARRT (R) certification and valid state licensure
• Complete fit testing and annual TB questionnaire requirements
• Complete required drug screening and health assessments
• Adhere to code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete Joint Commission testing and compliance requirements
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete annual influenza vaccination (optional)
• Undergo tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Complete comprehensive physical and health statement documentation
• Submit to criminal background check and education verification
• Complete skills checklist and orientation requirements
• Maintain system access credentials and security protocols
• Comply with conflict of interest disclosure requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IN
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
