Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic imaging procedures as a Radiologic Technologist
• Maintain current ARRT-R certification
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Work scheduled shifts Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Complete required health screenings including fit test and annual TB questionnaire
• Undergo 9-panel drug screening as required
• Complete mandatory compliance documentation and forms
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Maintain current immunization status including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella vaccines
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Undergo physical/health statement evaluation
• Complete criminal background check and verification processes
• Maintain valid state licensure and provide verification
• Complete required skills checklist and competency assessments
• Participate in facility orientation and training programs
• Comply with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IN
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
