Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate OT - OT to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Hospital in Boise, ID. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services as a certified OT
• Work 40 hours per week with 8am-4:30pm schedule
• Work every other weekend as scheduled
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation
• Complete fit testing requirements for respiratory protection
• Maintain current tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA)
• Complete required drug screening and background checks
• Maintain valid occupational therapy license and certification
• Complete required health screenings including physical exam
• Maintain current immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete color vision testing requirements
• Comply with all Trinity forms and documentation requirements
• Adhere to facility code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete criminal background check and education verification
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
• Complete system access training and requirements
• Provide coverage for FMLA/LOA as needed
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
