Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - RN OR to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Nights at a leading Hospital in Boise, ID. Key Responsibilities:
• Work in-house with the charge RN for full 12-hour shifts
• Provide nursing care for neurological procedures including burr holes and craniotomies
• Assist with all general and orthopedic trauma cases
• Operate and assist with basic DaVinci robotic procedures
• Provide care for all case types in a level two trauma center setting
• Maintain current RN licensure and certification
• Complete required competency testing and skills assessments
• Comply with facility policies and procedures
• Complete mandatory health screenings and vaccinations
• Maintain required professional certifications and background clearances
• Complete ongoing education and training requirements
• Adhere to confidentiality and security agreements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
