Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Boise, ID. Key Responsibilities:
• Work 36 hours per week on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Participate in holiday rotation and work any holidays that fall within normal work days
• Take 2 call shifts per month
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain current ARRT certification
• Complete license/certificate verification requirements
• Complete fit testing requirements
• Complete 9 panel drug screening
• Complete code of conduct form requirements
• Complete patient confidentiality and system security agreement
• Complete integrity and audit services form
• Complete motor vehicle report requirements
• Complete color vision testing
• Maintain tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA)
• Maintain COVID-19 vaccination status
• Maintain MMR vaccination status
• Maintain Hepatitis B vaccination status
• Maintain Varicella vaccination status
• Complete physical/health statement requirements
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure form
• Complete criminal background check
• Complete education verification
• Complete EPLS verification
• Complete GSA/OIG verification
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Complete NSO requirements
• Complete system access form
• Complete COVID-19 specific questionnaire
• Complete skills checklist requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
