Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Endoscopy to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Boise, ID. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy department
• Maintain current RN licensure and ensure license verification
• Complete required health screenings including fit testing and drug screening
• Obtain and maintain required vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Undergo criminal background check and maintain clean record
• Complete education verification process
• Pass specialty-specific competency testing for Endoscopy
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Demonstrate proficiency through skills checklist completion
• Adhere to code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage
• Comply with system access and security requirements
• Complete required compliance screenings and exclusion list checks
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
