Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Endoscopy to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Boise, ID. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in the Endoscopy department as a Registered Nurse
• Maintain current RN licensure and provide license verification
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing for Endoscopy procedures
• Utilize facility charting systems for patient documentation
• Complete skills checklist demonstrating proficiency in endoscopic nursing procedures
• Participate in on-call duties as required
• Complete mandatory health screening requirements including physical/health statement
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete Joint Commission testing and compliance requirements
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and code of conduct
• Complete criminal background check and maintain professional integrity standards
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs
• Comply with infection control and safety protocols
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
