Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2480.64
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $1234.64
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $1246.00
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Previous inpatient rehabilitation experience required
License & Certification Required
- Occupational Therapist (OT) license required; can submit with license pending
- BLS
Skills Required
- Experience with above knee prosthetics
- Experience with acute care
- Experience with adult rehabilitation facility
- Experience with amputee rehabilitation
- Experience with CVA rehabilitation
- Experience with discharge planning
- Experience with evaluation
- Experience with below knee prosthetics
- Experience with hip fracture and total hip replacement
- Experience with home exercise programs
- Experience with knee injuries and total knee replacement
- Experience with lifting and transfer
- Experience with other progressive neurological disorders
- Experience with Parkinson's disease
- Experience with patient/family education
- Experience with plan of care and reassessments
- Experience with safety and injury prevention
- EPIC charting experience required
Desired Skills
- Experience with patient transport to/from treatment, ER, ICU, MedSurg
- Experience with adaptive skills and prosthetic training
- Familiarity with Lite Gait, Treadmill, Simulation Car, BTE, QPads, motorized parallel bars, Simulation Kitchen and laundry
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
