Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading SNF in High Point, NC. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant in skilled nursing facility
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status changes
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support patients during meal times and assist with feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patients, and families
• Respond to patient call lights and requests promptly
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes
• Maintain current CNA certification and complete required training
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in NC
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
