Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in the Endoscopy department
• Work full-time schedule of 36-40 hours weekly with varying 8-10 hour shifts
• Participate in on-call duties including 1 call shift per week and 1 weekend call shift per month
• Work as part of holiday on-call rotation team as assigned
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Submit Trinity IA Sing Report documentation
• Complete Trinity OFAC requirements
• Pass Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain valid nursing license and certificate verification
• Complete fit testing for respiratory protection
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Sign Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Complete I-9 employment verification
• Sign confidentiality agreement for patient information and system security
• Complete Integrity and Audit Services documentation
• Pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Complete color vision testing
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination
• Provide proof of MMR vaccination
• Maintain Hepatitis B vaccination
• Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA tuberculosis screening
• Provide Varicella vaccination proof
• Complete physical exam and health statement
• Submit Trinity Profile information
• Complete Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Pass criminal background check
• Provide education verification
• Complete EPLS screening
• Pass GSA/OIG background screening
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Obtain professional liability insurance through Trinity NSO
• Complete system access authorization forms
• Answer COVID-specific health questionnaire
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
