Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in Neuro Orthopedics specialty • Work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) • Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training • Submit Trinity IA Sing Report documentation • Complete Trinity OFAC requirements • Pass Trinity Skills Checklist assessment • Maintain current license/certificate verification • Complete fit testing requirements • Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen • Sign Trinity Code of Conduct Form • Complete Trinity I9 documentation • Sign confidentiality agreement for patient and property information and system security • Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form • Submit Trinity Non Employee Upload Form • Pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing • Complete Trinity Color Vision testing • Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination • Provide proof of MMR vaccination • Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination • Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing • Provide proof of Varicella vaccination • Complete physical/health statement • Submit Trinity Profile for submission • Complete Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form • Pass Trinity Criminal Background Check • Provide Trinity Education Verification • Complete Trinity EPLS requirements • Pass Trinity GSA/OIG screening • Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing • Maintain Trinity NSO requirements • Complete Trinity System Access Form • Answer Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
