Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - CT Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Pontiac, MI. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures and examinations
• Operate CT scanning equipment safely and efficiently
• Position patients appropriately for optimal imaging
• Administer contrast agents when required
• Maintain current ARRT-CT certification
• Complete required health screenings including fit testing and respirator evaluation
• Maintain current immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing
• Undergo required background checks and screening processes
• Complete mandatory compliance training and documentation
• Maintain valid state licensure and certifications
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Complete color vision testing requirements
• Work assigned shift hours from 0730-1800
• Maintain patient confidentiality and system security protocols
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
