Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT technologist duties during 13:30 - 00:00 shift • Work every other weekend as required • Maintain current ARRT-CT certification • Complete license/certificate verification requirements • Undergo fit testing for personal protective equipment • Complete required drug screening • Adhere to code of conduct policies • Complete I9 employment verification documentation • Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information • Complete integrity and audit services requirements • Pass specialty specific competency testing • Complete color vision testing • Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination • Maintain current MMR vaccination • Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination • Complete tuberculosis screening (PPD or IGRA testing) • Maintain current Varicella vaccination • Complete physical/health statement requirements • Complete conflict of interest disclosure forms • Pass criminal background check requirements • Complete education verification process • Complete Joint Commission testing requirements • Maintain professional liability insurance • Complete system access requirements • Complete COVID-specific health questionnaires • Pass skills checklist assessments • Maintain current Tdap vaccination
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
