Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - CNA to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading LTC in Livonia, MI. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care services as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Work 24-32 hours per week with no weekend requirements
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for patient documentation
• Complete license/certificate verification and maintain current state licensure
• Submit to required health screenings including fit testing and 9-panel drug screening
• Complete mandatory compliance forms and conduct agreements
• Undergo specialty-specific competency testing and skills assessment
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD/IGRA, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete annual physical/health statement requirements
• Submit to criminal background check and exclusion list screenings
• Complete education verification and professional reference checks
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and ongoing competency requirements
• Maintain professional liability coverage and complete system access requirements
• Provide valid driver's license/state identification and complete fingerprinting process
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct standards
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
