- Minimum 1 year of outpatient infusion experience required
- Oversight experience of the medication use process within an outpatient infusion center required
- Experience with order verification of non-hazardous and hazardous outpatient infusion medications required
- Oncology experience required
- IV infusion compounding product evaluation and verification experience required
- Experience evaluating oncology and non-oncology treatment plans required
- Experience with patient education on infusion medications required
- Experience with infusion adverse reaction participation and management required
License & Certification Required
- Oregon Pharmacist License
- Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification
