Experience
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- Oasis experience required
License & Certification Required
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license
- Current Washington Occupational Therapist license (in hand preferred, OR can be pending)
- BLS

- Experience with patient populations including dementia, Parkinson's disease, ALS, MS, ortho post-op, and post-stroke
