Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility required
- DOR (Director of Rehabilitation) experience required
License & Certification Required
- State licensure for OT (Occupational Therapist), COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant), PT (Physical Therapist), PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant), or SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) required
Desired Skills
- Experience in post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation
- Experience in long-term care settings
