Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $1751.04
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $800.0
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $951.04
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a managed care environment required
- Experience handling prior authorization review and mandatory audits across all lines of business (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Fully Insured, Individual, ASO) required
License & Certification Required
- Pharmacy Technician License required
Skills Required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of HCPCS, CPT & ICD-10 coding applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid research and database maintenance skills
- Proficiency with pharmacy and health plan information systems
- Ability to quickly and accurately perform pharmaceutical calculations
- Ability to prioritize and organize incoming information and projects
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Understanding of state and federal pharmacy law, health insurance law, and HIPAA
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in a pharmacy benefits or managed care setting
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
