Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Rehab to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 nights at a leading Rehab in Lawton, OK. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
• Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics
• Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain NIH certification
• Maintain valid Oklahoma state nursing licensure
• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Work weekends as needed
• Complete all compliance requirements one week prior to start date
• Provide complete work history documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary patient care team members
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OK
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
