Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Tech - MRI Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading Hospital in Des Moines, IA. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MRI technologist duties with extensive GE equipment experience preferred
• Complete required Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Maintain current license/certificate verification
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty specific competency testing
• Undergo required health screenings including PPD or IGRA testing
• Maintain current immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, COVID-19, and annual Influenza vaccines
• Complete physical/health statement and fit testing requirements
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct and complete required compliance forms
• Complete criminal background check and education verification processes
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete Trinity Joint Commission testing and training modules
• Undergo 10-panel drug screening as required
• Complete system access and patient confidentiality agreements
• Comply with conflict of interest disclosure requirements
• Work assigned shift schedule from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
