Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading SNF in Dunbar, WV. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant in skilled nursing facility • Work every Saturday and Sunday as required • Maintain flexibility for additional weekday shifts as needed • Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility • Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status • Assist with patient transfers and positioning • Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and procedures • Maintain patient dignity and privacy during care delivery • Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures • Document patient care activities accurately and timely • Communicate patient concerns and changes to nursing staff • Assist with meal service and feeding as needed • Maintain clean and safe patient environment • Adhere to facility policies and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in WV
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
