Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading SNF in Sissonville, WV. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing assistant services in a skilled nursing facility environment
• Work 12.5-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and observations
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and procedures
• Maintain patient dignity and privacy during all care activities
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in medical records
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning to prevent injuries
• Respond to patient call lights and requests promptly
• Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patients, and families
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory compliance requirements
• Participate in continuing education and training programs as required
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in WV
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
