Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate OT - Therapy Rehab to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Rehab in Walla Walla, WA. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to adult patients in home health setting • Complete OASIS documentation for Start of Care visits • Visit 4-6 patients per day maintaining 27-30 productivity points standard • Maintain current BLS and NBCOT certifications • Provide timely communication and documentation for all patient visits • Utilize charting system for patient documentation and care coordination • Maintain valid state occupational therapy license • Provide personal transportation for patient visits with occasional travel up to 100 miles • Complete Hospice/Home Health Checklist requirements • Participate in on-call rotation as required • Return all documentation tools and equipment provided • Complete compliance requirements and training modules • Submit requested time off at time of application • Maintain active driver's license for patient transportation • Provide occupational therapy interventions including ADL training, splinting, prosthetics, and rehabilitation techniques • Work independently managing assigned territory and caseload
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in WA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
