Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Ultrasound Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Maintain current ARDMS Vascular certification
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Utilize PACS, EPIC, and ClickView systems for imaging and documentation
• Work scheduled shifts Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Complete required health screenings including TB questionnaire and drug screening
• Maintain current professional licensure and certifications
• Complete mandatory vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and others as required
• Undergo background checks and comply with security requirements
• Complete facility orientation and training programs
• Adhere to code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Maintain color vision standards for diagnostic imaging
• Complete annual competency assessments and continuing education requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IN
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
