Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform catheterization laboratory technologist duties during 7a-3:30p shift
• Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Participate in call requirements as needed
• Work holiday rotation including one winter and one summer holiday
• Complete license/certificate verification and maintain valid licensure
• Complete required health screenings including fit test and annual TB questionnaire
• Undergo drug screening and complete required health history documentation
• Complete professional compliance forms and code of conduct requirements
• Participate in Joint Commission testing and educational requirements
• Complete required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Undergo tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Complete physical/health statement and color vision assessment
• Undergo background checks and complete conflict of interest disclosures
• Complete education verification and skills checklist assessment
• Comply with system access requirements and security agreements
• Adhere to patient confidentiality and system security protocols
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IN
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
